St. Luke’s Hospice Plymouth

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth is an independent charity providing specialist advice and support to people with progressive life-limiting illnesses in Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall. We believe that everyone deserves quality end of life care, no matter where. We work with our community, in partnership with others, to achieve dignity, comfort and choice for people affected by life-limiting illnesses through delivering and influencing exceptional care.

Next Steps is pleased to be working in partnership with St. Luke’s Hospice to implement their new Compassionate Communities at End of Life initiative throughout the South Hams.  Suzi will soon be fully-trained as a Compassionate Champion, acting as one of the main points of contact for the rapidly expanding Compassionate Friends network within the region. The Green Funeral Company

The Green Funeral Company was founded by Rupert and Claire Callender in 2000 to offer an ecological alternative to traditional funerals. Since then we have helped hundreds of people through the traumatic days following a death and together we have created appropriate, emotionally rewarding funerals.
